Yes, cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. 

Yes, we deliver to both business and residential addresses within the GTHA. 

Weekend service may be available by request, subject to availability and a small premium. 

Yes, your items should be properly packaged and sealed. We do not provide packaging services at pickup. 

Yes, but you must clearly mark them as “Fragile.” We handle all packages with care. 

We accept e-transfer, cash, and invoicing for approved business accounts. 

Yes, for businesses shipping multiple items per week, we offer custom quotes and discounted weekly packages. 

Delays are rare, but in such cases, we’ll notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery ETA.
