Welcome to Flat Run Logistics (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our courier and delivery services, website, and any related interactions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

We offer scheduled, weekly flat-rate courier services to customers in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, and surrounding regions. Services include pickup and delivery of packages and documents as per the customer’s selected plan and zone.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

Customers choose a flat-rate weekly plan based on service zones and number of deliveries. Zone coverage, delivery limits, and pricing details are available on our website or through a personalized quote.

• Additional deliveries beyond the plan will be billed separately.
   
• Route flexibility may vary depending on the zone and plan.
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring packages are ready at the scheduled pickup time.
   

All packages must meet the following conditions:

• Securely packed, sealed, and labeled
   
• Non-hazardous, legal, and non-perishable unless otherwise agreed
   
• Maximum weight and dimensions as defined by your plan (e.g., 22 lbs per parcel)
   

We reserve the right to reject packages that are unsafe, improperly packed, or exceed size/weight limits.

• Pickups are conducted on a fixed weekly schedule
   
• Delivery occurs same-day, depending on the route
   
• Missed pickups due to customer unavailability may not be rescheduled or refunded
   

• Customers will be billed weekly or monthly based on their plan
   
• Payment methods include credit card, e-transfer, or bank payment
   
• Invoices must be paid within the due date stated. Late payments may result in suspension of service.
   

• Customers may pause or cancel their service with 24 hours' notice before the next scheduled pickup
   
• No refunds are provided for missed pickups due to customer error
   
• In the event we cannot fulfill a service, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion
   

• We provide limited liability for lost or damaged packages up to a fixed amount (e.g., $100 per item), unless additional insurance is purchased
   
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper packaging, natural disasters, traffic delays, or third-party mishandling
   

• Ensure accurate pickup and delivery details are provided
   
• Have parcels ready at the scheduled pickup time
   
• Notify us of any changes at least 24 hours before service
   
• Agree to not use our service for prohibited items such as alcohol, tobacco, firearms, illegal substances, cash, or live animals
   

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, hack, scrape, or alter its content or software. All site content is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
