Request a quote

$80 per shipment for requested pick up and/or delivery, after 11 pm and on a statuary holiday.

Extra insurance for additional charges.

$50 fee for not handing over the shipment.

Wait time fee of $30/hour (Applied after 30-minute grace period).

Shipment needs to be fully labelled and sealed.

We do not transport bio hazard materials, weapons, firearms or any illegal substance. For more info, click here.

--> Please note, we do not ship internationally.

--> Intercity routes only.

*Driver can only drive certain KMS per day. Confirmation will be concrete when the booking is made.

--> At this time, our fleet is optimized exclusively for parcel and loose-box handling. Consequently, we are unable to accommodate skid-based or palletized shipments.

--> We accept, cash, e transfer and major credit cards. Payment is due before the driver is dispatched.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deliveries can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee.

If Flat Run Logistics cannot complete a delivery due to our error, customers are entitled to a full refund or a no-cost re-delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not available for incorrect addresses or shipments that violate our Terms and Conditions (weight limits, restricted items, etc.).

Flat Run Logistics is a premium, dedicated, same-day, intercity vehicle service company serving across Ontario/Quebec. We are not affiliated with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier. Our flat-run delivery services are designed specifically for customers within the province of Ontario and Quebec. Delivery weight, size, and service limits are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. Customers are advised to review our refund and cancellation policies prior to booking.
