*** SERVICE TERMS ***

GENERAL OPERATIONS

- Specialized in same day and Just in Time (JIT) shipments.

- Bookings are made on a first come first serve. 

- We operate on a 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year basis*.

- A booking is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

- Please note, we do not ship internationally.

- Driver availability is limited by a daily kilometer maximum.

- Standard liability coverage up to $500 is included with every shipment.

- At this time, we do not offer additional insurance for purchase.

- If it safely fits, it ships.

- Size/weight/# of pieces must be provided in the booking before pickup.

- Proof of Delivery (POD) must be signed by the shipper & receiver.

EXTRA CHARGES

- Waiting fee: $20/hour after 30 minutes of arrival time.

- Shipment not given to the driver = full charges applies.

- Shipper closed = full charges applies.

- Receiver closed = $150 storage per day & delivery based on next available date.

- Address changed during transit: Additional $1/km for extra distance.

- Service requested after 11:00 PM and on a statuary holiday are billed at a premium.

- Manual hand bombing = $75 per person per hour.

PAYMENTS

- Payment: 100% before dispatch.

- Payment method: Credit card or bank transfer.

- Credit card payments will incur an additional 3% service fee to cover processing costs.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

- Shipment needs to be fully labelled and sealed.

- Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any damages (if any) to the driver immediately at the time of delivery.

- No claims can be accepted after delivery is completed without notation on the POD.

- Customer needs to call us immediately after finding a damaged item.

RIGHTFUL OWNER & CANCELLATIONS

- By booking our service, the customer confirms they are the lawful owner or authorized sender of the shipment contents.

- We do not inspect or verify the contents of shipments and assumes no responsibility for any illegal, prohibited, or undeclared items being transported.

- Cancellations are permitted for a full refund prior to the driver’s departure. Once the driver has departed, any cancellation will be subject to a full charge.

- By placing a booking, you confirm you have read and understood the terms above.
