- Up to 15 kgs or 33 pounds per package.
- Anywhere within city limits excluding restricted access locations.
- Delivery – same day if booked by 10 am.
- Included coverage up to $100 per item; claims within 5 business days
- Door to door pick up and delivery.
- Proof of delivery via text/email.
- Easy booking & scheduling.
- Flexible time slots.
- Within regular hours: 9 am to 6 pm.
- Rates in Canadian dollars, does not include 13% tax - HST.
- $3 per shipment for proof of delivery with signature and/or photo.
- $10 per kg per shipment for additional weight.
- $15 per shipment for requested pick up and/or delivery, after 6 pm on weekdays.
- $30 per shipment for requested pick up and/or delivery, on Saturdays/Sundays or on a statuary holiday.
- $20 per shipment for rush delivery, mostly within 1-3 hours.
- $175 for a dedicated driver with car for 4 hours.
- $320 for a dedicated driver with car for 8 hours.
- $5,000 for a dedicated driver with car for 1 month with vehicle. 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
- $10 fee for wait time over and above 10 minutes.
- $20 fee for not handing over the shipment.
- Shipment needs to be fully labelled and sealed.
- Our vehicles are not temperature controlled.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deliveries may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. If Flat Run Logistics cannot complete a delivery due to our error, customers are entitled to a full refund or a no-cost re-delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not available for incorrect addresses or shipments that violate our Terms and Conditions (weight limits, restricted items, etc.).
