Enjoy a 20% discount on your first pickup and delivery. Valid for first-time clients at booking confirmation.
- $50 per shipment for requested pick up and/or delivery, after 11 pm and on a statuary holiday.
- Extra insurance for additional charges.
- $50 fee for not handing over the shipment.
- Shipment needs to be fully labelled and sealed.
- At this moment, we only cater in Ontario and some parts of Quebec.
- We do not transport bio hazard materials, weapons, firearms or any illegal substance.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deliveries may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If Flat Run Logistics cannot complete a delivery due to our error, customers are entitled to a full refund or a no-cost re-delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are not available for incorrect addresses or shipments that violate our Terms and Conditions (weight limits, restricted items, etc.).
